Plan Your Event at the Ed Roberts Campus
The Ed Roberts Campus is universally accessible and provides more than 8,500 square feet of meeting space, in addition to a large terrace. It also features executive meeting rooms and an atrium awash in natural light.
Wireless Internet is provided throughout, meeting spaces have mounted projectors and assisted listening devices that plug into a hearing aid or headset. The campus, located above the Ashby BART station, is one convenient stop from downtown Berkeley.
The Ed Roberts Campus has four main spaces that can host both large and small groups, in a healthy, accessible, unique and modern environment.
On the first floor (street level) you will find the Osher Foundation Education Center, which can serve as one large room or can be divided into three meeting rooms. This area has 3 ceiling–mounted projectors, projection screens, and microphones. Also on the first floor is the dramatic circular ramp lobby area and a large atrium with a fountain at the north end.
On the second floor, the Koret Boardroom can provide up to 24 seats around a central table or theater seating for 40. This room also has projection screens and equipment. Also on the second floor, is the Roof Top Deck on the south side of the building.
All areas have access to kitchen facilities for serving coffee and refreshments.
